Caliper’s new 14,500 sf fabrication shop was converted from an existing single story warehouse in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The 2,600 sf design office is built out to Passive House standards within the existing building’s shell, creating one of the first commercial applications of Passive House in Brooklyn. The construction was managed by Caliper Architecture in collaboration with Bluestone, and included a new entrance, windows, and new skylights fabricated by Caliper Studio.
